Like so many of you, we have closely been following the coronavirus (COVID-19 and how it is impacting our world. At August precision, that means understanding how it affects our teammates, clients, and community. We have made the necessary adjustments to our work and operations to keep everyone safe and continue to provide 5-star service to every client.
What matters most is keeping you and our teammates safe. While parts of our services, like steam sanitation, already help prevent the spread of bacteria and viruses, we have upgraded our Disinfectant to include EPA approved cleaners that fight cold, flu, coronavirus (COVID-19), and other viral bacterias in response to this threat.
We are utilizing online resources like Zoom and FaceTime to offer virtual estimates so you can have your vehicle evaluated from the comfort and safety of your home (driveway or garage). You can schedule these using our online booking tool.
We have closed our waiting room but if you are dropping off a vehicle, we have hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes available at our lobby entrance. We have also increased the number of times we surface clean in our shops, especially around objects that are touched regularly.
We are closely following the Centers for Disease Control’s (CDC) guidelines and recommendations on the steps we can take to help prevent the spread of the virus. We have given clear instructions to our teammates on the importance of washing their hands regularly and staying home if they feel sick. We have canceled meetings with large gatherings to do what we can to help prevent the spread of the illness.
