My car looks great. They were super easy to work with. Their shop is very clean, and you can tell there’s a lot of pride on their part in being knowledgeable and capable.
Got ceramic. Appreciated that he walked me through the level of care I would need afterwards, as well as what I should and shouldn’t do.
Only suggestion I have is to build the after wash spray into the price and just give people a bottle and some cloths for “free” at the end.

They were quick, professional, easy to communicate with, and did a fantastic job. I had them paint correct and ceramic coat my CX-5 and it looks better than brand new. Pricing was very reasonable as well. I’ll be sending all my friends here.

When it comes to getting your vehicle ceramic coated, there are several options. But if you want a professional job and something that is going to last, August Precision is the place to go. Trust me you can go to these other places and pay less but the old saying is, you get what you pay for.

I brought my Toyota 4Runner in to be ceramic coated since it doesn’t sit in a garage. They did a great job! Very happy with the result and would definitely recommend. They were able to answer all my questions and enjoyed working with them.

This is my go to place when I want my car to be taken care of aesthetically. Recently, I brought my car in for a ceramic coating and a fix on a piano black plastic trim which got hit by a debris on the highway. The fix is perfect and the car after coating looks phenomenal. Marshal and his team did an excellent job on the Ceramic Coating for our "new to us" 2022 Chevy Silverado...cleaned the inside before delivery too and provided an educational wash lesson two weeks after. I got my new bronco in red and i wanted to get a good ceramic coat on it so the paint can stay nice and bright in the southern sun. Marshall was very good at communicating what i should do and explaining the benefit of having it done vs not. It took two days cause it had to cure and it looks so amazing after i got it back. Marshall and team took care of wrapping my black model Y to protect the exterior and it was an excellent experience! I was first walked through the process by Marshall over email, where he answered any questions and gave me a fair quote. Then the drop off took all but a few minutes. 2 days later the vehicle was ready and pick up was seamless also. While I was picking up, the team gave me instructions on how to care for the ppf, and even told me their tips and suggestions for products they were using to clean vehicles. As a newbie to cleaning cars this was much appreciated. Overall a great experience and would recommend!

These guys were great. I bought my new car remotely from out of state and had it transported via carrier so that I don’t put a ton of miles on it. I wanted to have ceramic coating added as soon as it arrives so I set the delivery location at this shop. They noticed that there was a scratch on the car on the passenger side, in addition to small micro scratches on several parts of the car and they were able to completely get them out before applying ceramic coating and tinting the front windows. The car’s black so it was a huge relief to me that all the scratches were taken care of. The final effect is awesome! I definitely recommend bringing your car here.

Chris and his team did a great job detailing my car before I sold it. He also offered to let me take pictures of my car in his shop after he cleaned it, which I really appreciated and I believe made a positive difference, as my car sold in less than 48 hours after posting and generated much interest from potential buyers. My car began to smell really badly in the backseat and trunk. We discovered dead mice underneath the spare tire in the trunk. August Precision got rid of the smell. Couldn’t say enough good things about this shop. Had a body shop ruin our 2021 Yukon with clear coat overspray on the entire vehicle. The whole August team were super friendly and helpful. Chris got us in the schedule nearly next day. Then Marshall met us to drop the car off after hours. A whole team had the full vehicle clay-bared and polished back to new and back in our possession. When my mother in law when out of town, she left her car with us and we dropped her off at the airport. We decided to surprise her by getting it detailed so we took it to August and he turned a train wreck into Cinderella’s gleaming coach ready to take her to the ball! When I saw that, I handed over my own Subaru Crosstrek that I use for hauling garden supplies, camping gear and moving boxes to get it cleaned up. I dropped it off in the morning, worked out the right combination of services for my budget and picked up my showroom-beautiful car up at the end of the day. I’m very happy with their services!

I took a black 2014 Jaguar with some swirl marks and oxidation. They corrected the paint and put ceramic coating on. It cost me, but the car looks so much better. They did the paint like we agreed to, but they also worked on the trim and small things that made the car look great. They care about what they do, and I feel like the car is in the best condition it can be now. Worth noting, they didn’t judge me or my car for the age, abuse, miles, etc. I would use them again, and recommend to a friend. Nice work!

Will, I will start with the purchase of a new car. I am thankful to have my dream car, but I was disappointed due to that my new 2021 car had carwash drive through circles and scratches on the print. When I think of a showroom finish, this isn't what I expected. So after talking with a friend of mine who got his wife's suv detailed with a ceramic coating and how much him and his wife were pleased, I said this is what I needed. My experience with the group, especially Marshall, was great from the beginning. Marshall walked me through the process, made recommendations without sounding like a pushy salesman, and was very accommodating with the appointment. At the time of my appointment, everyone was very professional and explained the process again in detail. The turnaround was fast and I am pleased with the results. They had my car for three days and di an amazing job on the body, door panels (inside), wheels and brake calipers. They even did the engine compartment and, unexpectedly, the engine cover. I reached out to August Precision for help after I had another detailer in the area apply a ceramic coating to my new truck and was unhappy with the results.

In less than an hour, Marshall reached out to me, assured that he and his team could correct the issues I was seeing, and had me booked for just a couple days later.

They had my car for about two days during which they corrected the paint, and applied a ceramic coating to the paint and some of the plastic trim. The results were night and day compared to what was there previously. The paint has little to no visible swirl marks like before, and has an awesome almost mirror like sheen.

Great experience start to finish. The entire process performed on my truck was explained in detail. I received updates/pictures during my detail. My truck was ready in a timely manner. They even let me keep my truck in their shop a few extra days while the weather and roads cleared up. I was also able to pick my truck up on the weekend while they were closed which was extremely helpful/generous. Truck looks great!

They did a walk around on the car and pointed out all the imperfections the car had from the dealership as well as pointed out a cover up job on one of my rims. They accidentally scratched my paint pretty badly with a ScotchPad (Oops - totally MY fault for not giving them any kind of direction). These guys know what they're doing. I was concerned about anyone messing with my truck after it sustained smoke and ash damage in a fire, but felt comfortable after an initial consultation with Chris. They provide advice and guidance as to what you need (or don't need) and it is obvious they take great pride in their work. My F250 looked great already, I wasn't sure if anyone could really make it look better. But after they finished with a full detail, wax, polish and interior clean with odor removal the difference was amazing. The truck looks shiny and new and the interior is restored to what it looked like on the showroom floor . This is a real detail shop that I highly recommend. I will use them again and again.

I was impressed with their attention to detail, professionalism and willingness to ensure I was satisfied throughout the process. They did a full wash and paint correction before applying the vehicle with a ceramic coating from top to bottom! They also did window tinting on the whole vehicle as well as sprayed protectant on all interior surfaces! While my vehicle was brand new it looked better than when I drove it off the dealership lot! At delivery, Chris went through all aspects of the work performed and provided me pointers on how to maintain the ceramic coating and do’s and don’ts. Needed a last minute detailing after a ride with my dog to the groomers left a gash in the leather of my boyfriend's brand new Lexus (I hope he never sees this, haha.) When I phoned in, I was disappointed to hear that they were totally booked for any mobile detailing services, but the gentleman on the phone was extremely empathetic towards my situation and was able to squeeze me in as the last appointment of the day. The two gentlemen who arrived at my home couldn't have been any friendlier. They got to work straight away, working quickly, and diligently. They took care of the scratch in the leather, it was near undetectable, and even took care of scratches that had been on there for over a year. They even noticed I had a pile-up of packages on my front porch and offered to help carry them in for me! I honestly can't thank August Precision enough for the wonderful job they did. I recently purchased a used 2018 Audi A5 Sportback. Despite being a beautiful vehicle, there was some obvious signs of wear and tear as the previous owner had been careless in its upkeep. I wanted to experience the car as if I had driven it off the show floor, and brought it to August Precision to get it back in the shape it was in when it originally left the dealer's lot. Not only did they deliver on exactly that, but the attention to detail and customer service was exemplary. The car looked better than new, with time and effort paid to the little things you don't think about, but nag at you everyday while you're behind the wheel; the dust in between the seams of the leather, the grime around rotary dials, the dirt built up in the nooks and crannies of the interior paneling. I've been using detailing services since I bought my first car in 1996. I can honestly say the "precision" in August Precision is absolutely accurate; this was the best detail I've ever paid for. The team took a good vehicle and turned it into a near perfect one, and I left their shop so thoroughly impressed that I will never go anywhere else. For the money, I can't recommend any other business if you want a true detailing experience. There is no better team in Raleigh, and I'd argue there's no better company in the state of North Carolina if you want this level of precision and care spent on your vehicle. Kudos to the team for making me feel like I bought a brand new car at a used price. I cannot recommend them enough.

This is the second time I have used August Precision Detailing in Raleigh for washing, waxing and interior clean. These are the folks you want to use in the Triangle. They really know paint protection. They did a super job on the black paint on my Impala, which was the test for me. Marshall is knowledgeable and responsive, and his staff is skilled, courteous and friendly. They are a little tricky to find the first time, as they are behind another business, but it is worth the search. They are near CarMax off of Glenwood. Most definitely give these folks a try.

I'm very happy with the service from August Precision. I have a minivan (and three small children, so the mess was hefty) and ordered the "Full Clean" package-- their most extensive interior/exterior detailing-- with the interior steam clean add-on. A team of 3 came to my house and did the entire job in just under 2 hours. The team was very professional and my van looks like new. Even more, despite the shampooing, leather cleaning, and surface cleaning the only smell I noticed was leather, and not tons of synthetic chemicals. Making contact with the company was easy and I knew what to expect. Highly recommend.

The best customized car care in the Triangle. Marshall’s team takes care of all our washing, cleaning, polishing and repair needs. They are timely, reasonably priced, convenient (come to your house, work etc) and produce fabulous results. They’ll do work on your daily driver Honda Civic all the way to your exotic or collector car series. We have not been disappointed and will continue using them even throughout the summer. They also have reliable recommendations for body repair, tinting, audio experts etc if you’re searching for other services. You won’t be disappointed with these guys!

August Precision - Best ceramic coating in Raleigh. These guys are real car professionals that take the time to do it right. I had my Tesla model 3 given a ceramic coating and the car looks fabulous. I used August precision hand wash detailing service for the first time after I did a google search . I was totally satisfied with the service I received. I could not make it to their location die to work hours so I used their mobile service. The price was the same despite them having to come to me . I will definitely keep using their service .

They always do a great job on my car! A quick text and it’s done at my house or work—I get a clean car—easy-peasy—even all the bugs from long highway trips and hair from my 2 dogs!! I’m so glad I found them because if it’s left to me, my car stays filthy. They even spray the tires so they shine!

His team treats the car like it is their own and applies a reload sealant every few months that keeps it looking brand new. I highly recommend them. The guys at August Precision provide amazing results and are so easy to work with. Last year, they paint corrected my black SUV after the dealership scratched the entire hood and it looked better then new. I recently purchased a used black SUV and August Precision paint corrected and ceramic coated the vehicle. It looks beautiful and is so easy to keep clean.

First of all I would say he tells me what are you gonna do and he does it I trust him I trust him with friends and I trust the job he’s going to do on my car I don’t even review the car because I know the job he is doing is almost perfect I’ve never had anyone that has taken care of my car. August Precision has been cleaning my cars for many years. They do an outstanding job, leaving my car looking almost like new. They bring all their own equipment, including water, and do their work in my driveway, which is so convenient. The staff is always very friendly. I recommend August Precision most highly without reservation.

It's the real deal. They put the work, effort, and hands on service you want and you'd expect when paying for protecting your automotive investment. You should not expect to get the best for cheap. It doesn't exist but you can and should expect quality at a FAIR price. Sometimes a fair price is relative and sometimes service can be a sliding scale, but with August Precision you will NOT find either lacking. You will get more than you pay for and be happy you chose them. I recommended my brother in Memphis drive his car to NC to use August Precision because I trust and believe in them that much. There is a reason their bays were filled with exotic cars and my brand new Chevy stood out as the only non-exotic there but I was treated as a VIP customer none-the-less. I was referred to August Precision & was very pleased with the service and professionalism of these gentlemen. I had purchased a used black MercedesBenz E550 and wanted it detailed. They recommended “paint correction with a ceramic coating”, which would protect and prolong the beauty of my car’s appearance. The outcome is gorgeous!! Marshall and team did an Incredible job correcting the paint on a new Tesla Model X followed by ceramic coating and stacked hydrophobic coating last year. We just got a new Model 3 and after washing it for the first time it’s unreal how badly I need to schedule an appointment with August Precision.
